Research on the Digital Competence of Vocational College Teachers Based on Competency Theory

摘要: 随着教育数字化转型的不断推进,数字胜任力日益成为激活教师专业潜能并提升其教学效能的“催化 剂”。从胜任力理论的角度出发,提出高职教师的数字胜任力涵盖了数字技术应用能力、数字教学设计与创新、 数字评价与反馈、数字学习与发展、数字适应与合作能力,以及数字伦理与责任感等领域。这些能力的发挥和 提升受到个人特质、组织管理以及工作环境等多方面因素的影响。据此,建议通过激励个人专业成长、强化组 织支持体系、优化政策环境等综合策略,促进高职教师数字胜任力的整体提升,以适应并推动职业教育在数字 化浪潮中的转型。

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of the digital transformation of education, digital competence has increasingly become the "catalyst" to activate teachers' professional potential and improve their teach- ing effectiveness. From the perspective of competence theory, this paper proposes that the digital compe- tence of vocational college teachers covers the fields of digital technology application ability, digital in- structional design and innovation, digital evaluation and feedback, digital learning and development, dig- ital adaptation and cooperation ability, as well as digital ethics and responsibility. The development and improvement of these abilities are influenced by many factors such as personal characteristics, organiza- tional management and working environment. Therefore, this paper proposes to promote the overall im- provement of digital competence of vocational college teachers through comprehensive strategies such as stimulating personal professional growth, strengthening organizational support system and optimizing policy environment, so as to adapt to and promote the transformation of vocational education in the digital wave.
